Rule 63- Joker and Harley Quinn

Rule 63: "For every given male character, there is a female version of that character. For every given female character, there is a male version of that character."

These two were necessary.
I don't really like how the Joker came out, but I'm content with Harley. It took me forever to get Harley's alternating black and red colors in places to fit this redesign of the outfit.
